On Saturday, October 18, 2025, Axel Ebbes Art Hall will reopen – newly renovated and expanded – exactly 90 years after its original inauguration.
The reopening weekend will be filled with experiences for all ages – featuring music, dance, performance, and creative activities in both the Art Hall and the City Park.
Inside the Art Hall, visitors will encounter a new permanent exhibition about the life and work of Axel Ebbe, the temporary group exhibition SCULPTURA – that makes your mind spin, and a brand-new studio space for hands-on creativity. In the park, the new public artwork The Bridge in the Park will also be inaugurated.
