Self-guided visits to Trelleborgs museum by schools must be pre-booked and are subject to staff availability.
During regular opening hours, school groups are always welcome, and the visit is free of charge for the accompanying educators as well. However, it is advisable to contact us in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts with other groups or activities.
The Viking Museum Trelleborgen
The park in the archaeological open-air museum Trelleborgen is open every day of the year for self-guided visits.
The outdoor environment of the Viking farmstead is open for self-guided visits until 18.00, unless the farmstead is booked for other activities.
It is possible to pre-book guided tours of the Viking Age houses and the site throughout the year, as well as guided tours of the exhibition Borgen vid havet at the Viking museum.
